For indoor daily use with minimal sun exposure, morning application may be sufficient. But for anyone spending time outdoors — even walking to lunch — reapplication matters.

The indoor UV myth: UVA rays penetrate glass. If you sit near a window, you are receiving UVA exposure. Daily SPF application is warranted even for primarily indoor lifestyles.
