RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Veracil, we stand behind every product we formulate. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this window, we are unable to accept return requests.
Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Contact us at Sales@Veracil.Com to initiate your return. Do not send items back without first receiving authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Defective or Damaged Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@Veracil.Com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and resolve it promptly — at no cost to you — through a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare and personal care products
- Sale items and final sale merchandise
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have questions about a specific item's eligibility, contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
International Returns Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Refunds will be issued in USD; your bank or payment provider determines the final converted amount.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the credit.
