SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states via standard and expedited carriers. Typical transit times after shipment:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day (where available)

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Veracil has no control over customs processing times, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Shipments Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Veracil is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your package appears lost, contact us at Sales@Veracil.Com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Veracil is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Sales@Veracil.Com — we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
